AGE POLICY

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, possess, or use TWIGZ products. No exceptions.

Federal law prohibits the sale of nicotine products to individuals under the age of 21. TWIGZ Labs Inc. strictly enforces this requirement and has implemented a multi-layered age verification system to prevent underage purchases.

Online Age Verification

All purchases made through our website require age verification before checkout can be completed. We use AgeChecker.net, a third-party age verification service trusted by hundreds of age-restricted product retailers. The verification process works as follows:

  1. During checkout, you will be prompted to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and address.
  2. AgeChecker.net cross-references this information against multiple public records databases to confirm your identity and age.
  3. If the automated check is successful, your order proceeds to payment and fulfillment.
  4. If the automated check cannot confirm your age, you may be asked to upload a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) for manual review.
  5. If your age cannot be verified through any method, the order will be declined.

Adult Signature on Delivery

As an additional safeguard, TWIGZ Labs utilizes adult signature required (ASR) delivery services. When your package arrives, a person aged 21 or older must present a valid government-issued photo ID and sign for the delivery. The carrier will not release the package to anyone who cannot prove they are at least 21 years old.

If no eligible adult is available to receive the package, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Packages will not be left unattended at doorsteps.

Record Retention

TWIGZ Labs retains age verification records for each transaction for a minimum of four years, as required by the PACT Act and applicable state regulations. These records include the customer's name, address, date of birth, the method of age verification used, and the date and result of the verification. Records are stored securely and are available for inspection by federal, state, and local regulatory authorities upon lawful request.

False Identification

The use of false identification or misrepresentation of age to purchase TWIGZ products is a violation of federal and state law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement in the investigation of any suspected use of fraudulent identification. Orders placed using false information will be canceled and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
