YOUTH PREVENTION

TWIGZ Labs Inc. is firmly committed to preventing youth access to nicotine products. Our products are designed exclusively for adults aged 21 and older. We have implemented comprehensive safeguards at every stage of the purchase and delivery process to ensure that minors cannot obtain our products.

Age Verification at Purchase

Every online purchase requires age verification through AgeChecker.net, a leading third-party age verification provider. Before any order can be completed, the customer must pass a multi-step verification process that cross-references their identity against public records databases. If a customer cannot be verified as 21 or older, the transaction is declined. No exceptions are made to this requirement.

Age Verification at Delivery

In addition to verifying age at the point of sale, TWIGZ Labs utilizes adult signature required (ASR) delivery services. This means that a person aged 21 or older must be present to sign for the package upon delivery. Carriers are instructed not to leave packages at the door, with neighbors, or in any location where a minor could gain access to the contents.

Marketing Restrictions

TWIGZ Labs adheres to strict self-imposed marketing guidelines designed to prevent youth appeal and exposure:

  • We do not use models, influencers, or spokespersons who are under the age of 25 or who could reasonably appear to be under 25.
  • We do not advertise on platforms, channels, or media properties where more than 15% of the audience is under 21 years of age.
  • We do not use cartoon characters, animations, or imagery that is designed to appeal primarily to youth.
  • We do not sponsor events, teams, or organizations that are primarily associated with minors.
  • All digital advertising is age-gated to target audiences aged 21 and older.
  • All social media accounts include clear age restrictions and nicotine warnings.

Retail Partner Standards

Any authorized retail partner selling TWIGZ products must comply with all applicable age verification laws. Retailers are required to check government-issued photo identification for any customer who appears to be under the age of 30. We reserve the right to terminate relationships with retail partners who fail to enforce age verification standards.

Reporting Concerns

If you become aware of a minor who has obtained TWIGZ products, or if you observe any marketing or sales activity that you believe targets youth, we strongly encourage you to report it to us immediately at compliance@twigzlabs.com. We take every report seriously and will investigate promptly.
