TWIGZ Labs Inc. ships nicotine products to customers across the United States in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Please review the details below for information about shipping destinations, methods, and delivery expectations.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most states within the United States. Due to varying state regulations on flavored nicotine products, certain product restrictions may apply in the following states:

  • California: Certain flavored nicotine products may be restricted.
  • Massachusetts: Flavored nicotine product restrictions may apply.
  • Rhode Island: Flavored nicotine product restrictions may apply.

If a product cannot be shipped to your state due to regulatory restrictions, you will be notified during checkout before payment is processed. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier availability may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All carriers used by TWIGZ Labs comply with federal and state requirements for shipping nicotine products.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing time is usually 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Adult Signature

Adult signature is recommended on all deliveries and may be required by law in certain states. When adult signature is enabled, a person aged 21 or older must be present to sign for the package. The carrier will not leave the package unattended. If no eligible adult is available, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout -- no promo code is needed. Free shipping is calculated after any discounts or promotions have been applied.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have questions about a shipment in transit, contact us at support@twigzlabs.com with your order number and tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, reship your order or issue a refund.
