PACT ACT COMPLIANCE

The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act establishes federal requirements for the online sale and shipment of cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and other nicotine products. TWIGZ Labs Inc. fully complies with all PACT Act requirements as they apply to the sale and distribution of synthetic nicotine products.

Registration

TWIGZ Labs Inc. is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and with the tobacco tax administrators in each state where we sell and ship products, as required by the PACT Act. We maintain current registrations and update them as required by law whenever there is a change to our business information, product offerings, or shipping destinations.

Shipping Compliance

All TWIGZ shipments are made through carriers that comply with PACT Act requirements. Packages containing nicotine products are clearly labeled as required by federal and state regulations. We do not ship to any state, territory, or jurisdiction where the sale or delivery of our products is prohibited by law. We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx as our primary carriers and comply with each carrier's requirements for shipping nicotine-containing products.

Age Verification

In accordance with PACT Act requirements, TWIGZ Labs verifies the age of every customer at the point of sale. We use AgeChecker.net, a third-party age verification service, to confirm that each purchaser is at least 21 years of age before completing any transaction. Our verification process cross-references customer-provided information against public records databases to ensure accuracy.

Additionally, we require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery for shipments where required by state law or carrier policy. Carriers are instructed not to leave packages unattended or release them to individuals under the age of 21.

Record Keeping

TWIGZ Labs maintains detailed records of all transactions as required by the PACT Act, including the name, address, and age verification status of each purchaser; the date, quantity, and type of products sold; and the shipping carrier and tracking information for each order. These records are retained for a minimum of four years and are available for inspection by federal, state, and local authorities upon request.

State Tax Compliance

TWIGZ Labs collects and remits all applicable state and local excise taxes on nicotine products. We file monthly reports with the tobacco tax administrators in each applicable state, detailing the volume and value of products shipped to consumers in that jurisdiction. We do not sell or ship to states where we are unable to comply with local tax collection requirements.
