TWIGZ Labs Inc. maintains all required federal, state, and local licenses and registrations for the manufacture, distribution, and sale of nicotine products. We are committed to full regulatory compliance in every jurisdiction where we operate.

FDA Establishment Registration

TWIGZ Labs Inc. is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a tobacco product manufacturer under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act and the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2022. Our products are listed with the FDA Center for Tobacco Products in accordance with federal requirements.

State Licenses

TWIGZ Labs holds tobacco and/or nicotine product distribution licenses in each state where we sell and ship products. We maintain current registrations with state tobacco tax administrators and comply with all state-level reporting and tax remittance requirements.

ATF Registration

In compliance with the PACT Act, TWIGZ Labs is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) as a delivery seller of nicotine products. Our registration is current and updated as required by federal regulations.
