DATA SHARING OPT-OUT

TWIGZ Labs Inc. respects your right to control how your personal information is used. This page explains your rights regarding data sharing and how to exercise them.

Your Rights Under the CCPA

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. Under the CCPA, "sharing" includes making personal information available to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even if no money changes hands.

While TWIGZ Labs does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense, certain uses of analytics tools, advertising pixels, or similar technologies on our website may constitute "sharing" under the CCPA. We provide this opt-out mechanism to give you full control.

What Opting Out Means

When you opt out of data sharing, we will:

  • Stop sharing your personal information with third-party advertising partners for targeted advertising purposes.
  • Disable third-party tracking cookies and pixels on our website for your account or browser session.
  • Continue to use your information only for purposes directly related to fulfilling your orders, providing customer support, and complying with legal obligations.

Opting out does not affect our ability to process your orders, verify your age, or communicate with you about your account.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of data sharing in any of the following ways:

  1. Email: Send an email to privacy@twigzlabs.com with the subject line "Data Sharing Opt-Out." Include your full name and the email address associated with your account.
  2. Mail: Send a written request to TWIGZ Labs Inc., 628 N. Main St., Newcastle, OK 73065. Include your full name, email address, and a statement that you wish to opt out of data sharing.

Processing Your Request

We will process your opt-out request within 15 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed. You do not need to provide a reason for opting out, and we will not ask you to verify your request beyond confirming your identity.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require you to verify your identity directly with us and confirm that you have authorized the agent to act on your behalf.

Non-Discrimination

TWIGZ Labs will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out rights. You will receive the same quality of service, pricing, and product availability regardless of whether you opt out of data sharing.
